Grandstream Networks

Grandstream Networks' phones are excellent for someone getting into VoIP and looking for good hardware. Grandstream offers a selection of phones, both consumer- and business-targetted, as well as a number of different ATAs. The Grandstream phones are inexpensive, and well-made with a web-based configuration interface to allow you to easily configure the phone.

The grandstream BT-101 is a good basic SIP phone for the home. Large, back-lit buttons and a back-list numeric LCD display, a crystal clear speakerphone, and a rugged exterior make this an excellent choice for a home phone.
The BT-102 is identical to the BT-101 in every way except for one important detail. While the BT-101 has only one (1) ethernet jack, the BT-102 has two (2) ethernet jacks that act as a sort of pass-through. You can hook one jack up to your network switch, and one jack up to the computer. This way you only take up one port on your network switch, and the wires are a little less disorganised.
The BT-200 looks identical to the BT-101 and BT-102, but it includes dual 10/100Mbps ethernet jacks, and supports SRTP and TLS for encrypted, secure phone calls.
The Grandstream GXP2000S is an Grandstream's entry-level business-class SIP phone, supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE), dual 10/100Mbps ethernet ports, 4 line indicators, 7 programmable function keys, and a large, customisable back-lit LCD screen.
The Grandstream GXV-3000 is Grandstream's pinnacle achievement for SIP phones. It sports a large, 5.6" LCD colour display and a built-in VGA camera. With optical and digital zoom, auto-focus, auto-exposure, and picture-in-picture, the GXV-3000 IP video phone allows high-quality video calling between IdeaSIP users anywhere in the world. As the GXV-3000 uses both H.264 and H.263 video CODECs, users can video call between other GXV-3000 callers or X-Lite v3 callers.
