When you first run the program, it should look like this:
You will need to configure an account on the phone to work with IdeaSIP. To do this, click on the button at the top left of the phone. Select SIP Accounts
Be sure to click on the Accounts tab and fill in the following information (only items marked with yellow arrows need to be modified):
| Account Name: | IdeaSIP |
| User ID: | Your IdeaSIP number (eg. 11011234567) |
| Domain: | proxy.ideasip.com |
| Password: | Your IdeaSIP Password |
| Display Name: | Your Full Name (or handle) |
In the topology tab, configure the settings to use a specific STUN server, and use the server stun.ideasip.com as shown here:
That's it. Close the setup window, and it should give you information on the main screen saying "Ready." From there, you can dial any IdeaSIP number (1101+number) in our network.
You also have the option to test connectivity to the network by dialing: 201 This should give you a basic voicemail default message.
